Tax details: The tax details (tax ID and address) are provided to anyone who needs them, for example for invoicing, or on legal request, through the contact form of this website ("Contact" button).

Data collected: only what you send through the contact form: name, email, topic and message.

Purpose: to reply to your message. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Legal basis: your consent when you send the form.

Who processes data on my behalf: Google (Google Workspace and Apps Script), which receives the message and stores it in a spreadsheet and a mailbox of my account, and Cloudflare (Turnstile), an invisible anti-spam check that loads when the form is opened. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards they offer (for example, standard contractual clauses).

Retention: while the conversation lasts and for two years at most.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to me@.frankiedeleonardis.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Videos and songs: when you press play, the YouTube (cookie-free mode), Vimeo, Framerate or SoundCloud player loads and may process your data under its own policy. More information in the cookie policy.
